Will I have the opportunity to provide feedback?

Yes, you will have two rounds of review during which you can provide time-stamped feedback to request updates to your video.

Can I add my own images, branding and script?

Yes, you can upload any existing content you would like added. But don't worry if you don't have that as you will have access to our library of stock imagery and script writing tool.

How do I receive the complete video?

MP4 versions of completed videos can be downloaded from the portal. You will also be provided with shareable links and codes for adding your video to a website or sharing across social media platforms.

What tool does 4Cori use to create avatars?

Avatars are created using the UK-based platform called Synthesia, chosen for its excellent generative AI capabilities, and industry leading approach to security and data protection.

What makes Synthesia secure?

Synthesia uses enterprise-grade security measures, including. encrypted data storage, GDPR-compliant servers in the EU, and SOC 2 Type II certification. It also adheres to international standards like ISO/IEC 42001:2023, ensuring your data is always protected.

How will my digital likeness be protected against misuse?

The Synthesia platform system will not allow your avatar to be created, modified or used without your consent. This consent must be recorded live on video and matched to your avatar using facial recognition.

Who owns the rights to my avatar?

You retain full ownership of your likeness. Synthesia processes and stores data only under your instructions, ensuring you remain in control.

What happens to my data if I no longer want to have an avatar?

4Cori will permanently delete your data, including recordings and avatar files, upon your request, in compliance with GDPR and retention policies.

Are there any restrictions on the medical topics I can create videos for?

Your digital twin is able to present content on that covers:
