PIF TICK certified by the Patient Information Forum — the recognised UK benchmark for trusted health information. Requires a named clinical reviewer, defined review cycle, version control and documented approval for every piece of content.

Only registered medical professionals create patient-facing content.

Every clinician-led video is created by a registered medical professional, covering educational content about diagnosis, treatments and procedures, medical institutions, prescription drugs, medical devices and clinical trials.

A medical professional signs off every piece, with a full audit trail.

Two-stage approval: AI screening followed by registered medical professional sign-off. Default three-year review cycle per PIF guidelines, with out-of-cycle updates whenever clinical guidance changes.

What we don't do.

At 4Cori we do not make content that…

  • involves unverified health claims
  • offers unauthorised medical advice or triage
  • contradicts established clinical guidance
  • promotes the sale of prescription drugs and devices

DATA PROTECTION

We are built to protect the privacy and data security of both clinicians and patients.

Patient data

4Cori never collects or stores personalised patient data. Interactive features like PROMs surveys, quizzes and appointment links are fully anonymised within the platform. Responses go directly to the clinic or organisation's own systems.

Clinician data and digital twins

Explicit consent required before any digital twin is created. Clinicians retain full ownership. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, with full deletion of all personal and biometric data on request. No clinician data is sold or used for AI training.

Infrastructure

GDPR governance with encrypted file management, TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest. Hosted on Vimeo and powered by Synthesia, both independently certified to SOC 2 Type II with ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 respectively. Synthesia stores all EU data within the EU.
